In 1987, Warenghem embarked on the production of France’s first single malt: Armorik was born. A true symbol of the distillery’s values, Armorik showcases both the quality of its craftsmanship and its commitment to the Breton terroir. The cornerstone of the range, Armorik Classic Bio is the result of maturation in bourbon casks of varying ages. Smooth, rich and indulgent, it highlights the quality of maturation on the Breton coast and the expertise of the master blender. The Armorik spirit is embodied in the distillery’s expertise: all the whiskies are brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled at the distillery. With its natural colour and unfiltered, Armorik is an authentic range that is proud to be Breton. - Origin: France - Nose: Full-bodied and elegant, with notes of dried fruit (hazelnuts) and toast. - Palate: Opens with fresh fruit (peach and apricot), followed by a lovely smoothness of vanilla and good body. Subtle roasted notes complement the whisky’s richness and power. - Finish: Spicy and maritime, with a long, lingering finish.
