Make sure you include a number of essential elements:

• Position of extinguishers
• Position of your fire alarm, as well as the red trigger boxes if you have any or smoke extraction controls
• Position of your smoke extraction controls
• Emergency exits, with directions for evacuation (arrows)
• The assembly point (if defined)
• Positioning your boiler room
• Positioning the gas shut-off valve
• The location where you wish to display the map (to determine the location, "click here")
