Self-contained detector with back-up trigger DAD - Class 1

The Autonomous Trigger Detector (ATD) is used to detect fire-related phenomena locally from one or two identical sensitive elements and to provide direct control of a controlled device such as :

  • opening a smoke vent
  • unlocking emergency exit doors
  • closing dampers or flaps in an air conditioning duct

The same device can control several slave devices, provided that these relate to the same premises or volume to be monitored (maximum 2 detectors and maximum 2 manual releases). The number of devices controlled by a device must not exceed 3.
This DAD complies with standard NF S 61-961 dated September 2007.

The footprint of this DAD has been reduced to a minimum, enabling it to be installed in the most confined spaces. The base is detached from the wall to which it is fixed to facilitate cable routing.
An electronic assistance system with indicator lights makes troubleshooting quick and easy, and changing the batteries takes just a few seconds.
