FAIR is a French spirits brand (vodka, rum, gin, liqueurs) founded in 2009 that specializes in the promotion and distribution of products sourced exclusively through fair trade. The molasses used in this rum, aged for five years in American oak barrels, comes from the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association, a cooperative of 6,000 small-scale producers. Certified " fair trade, " this rum—both powerful and delicate—offers a rich, chocolatey finish. - Origin: Belize - Nose: Round yet lively. Medicinal, yet also fruity and salty. Spicy, it builds in intensity to become empyreumatic (cedar, essential oil) and intensely vanilla-like.
