The legal retraction period is 14 days. 
If your product doesn't suit you, if you decide to cancel your purchase, no problem, mondialextincteur.fr will change your product or refund your money, it's up to you.

What should I do?

Within 14 days of receiving your products, simply send us an e-mail to this address: contact@mondialextincteur.fr

Leave us your contact details, your order number and the date of your order, and tell us why you've changed your mind:

• Change product,
• or get your money back.

We will then contact you by email to let you know the address to which to return your order. You will then have the option of changing products or being reimbursed by bank transfer.

(*) ATTENTION products must be returned complete and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. No exchange or refund will be accepted if an item is missing one or more of its accessories. When returning your products, you must include your contact details and your original order number, as well as the date of receipt of the e-mail confirming that your exchange or refund has been processed.
