Every product listed on our site is described as accurately as possible. Every photo on our site is provided by our suppliers, and we cannot be held responsible for any slight discrepancies between the photo and the product delivered. All our prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. In the event of a change in the VAT rate, www.mondialextincteur.fr will reflect this in its posted prices.

Delivery information and rates

www.mondialextincteur.fr offers a range of products reserved exclusively for buyers in mainland France, overseas territories and Europe. Each order is prepared on our premises and picked up by our carrier on our premises. When the products ordered are delivered, the buyer must check that the parcel is in good condition and that it is not damaged. If this is the case, the buyer must inform the delivery person and either make a reservation on the delivery note or refuse the parcel. The buyer will then receive an identical parcel as soon as possible at no extra cost.

If the delivery is accepted by the buyer without having made any reservation to the carrier, in any way whatsoever www.mondialextincteur.fr will not be able to take charge of sending the same parcel if there is a dispute about the good condition of the product, without applying additional costs.

The following information must be provided to validate any claim:

1/ Legible transport label

2/Photograph of visible damaged equipment 

Without these two elements no complaint could be accepted, and no continuation will be given by the company MONDIAL EXTINCTEUR.

If all of the information mentioned in 1/ and 2/ is not provided within 14 days of the date on which the dispute is declared, the case will be closed and no further action will be taken.

In the event of concealed damage (carton intact on the outside, product damaged inside the carton, negative pressure gauge) or standard damage (outer package damaged and carrier's tape present): All claims must be made by the buyer within 48 hours of the date of delivery of the package, to the following e-mail address: contact@mondialextincteur.fr
Once this deadline has passed, the claim cannot be taken into account, and no refund or exchange can be made.

The following information must be provided to validate any claim:

Each parcel taken in charge in our warehouse and by our carrier is no longer our responsibility but that of the carrier, i.e. in the event of delay or disappearance of the parcel, it is the carrier who will be held responsible. www.mondialextincteur.fr will then be reimbursed by the carrier and will be able to reship the identical parcel to the buyer.

Delivery charges are applied according to the delivery destination and the weight of the order.

Any delivery to a worksite will be subject to an additional delivery charge of 100 euros excluding VAT. 

All orders placed before 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same day, unless the product is out of stock or unavailable.

Delivery times vary according to your destination and the weight of your order. Delivery times can be as short as 24 hours, unless you are ordering a specific product that we cannot stock, in which case delivery will take longer. In the event of an unforeseen stock shortage, you will be delivered within 24 hours as soon as we are able to restock your order. You will then be notified by e-mail. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We are not committed to specific delivery dates and no claims will be accepted for orders shipped by pallet. No recourse will be possible in the event of longer delivery times for quantities requiring shipment by pallet.

any special order requiring special manufacturing cannot be the subject of a complaint for excessively long delivery times. Mondial extincteur does not control the manufacturing times of its suppliers, and cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery times being extended by special manufacturing (special manufacturing includes equipment that is not in great demand and is often ordered in quantity).

If the buyer if the customer is absent for a second time, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel centre, the buyer will be notified by e-mail, post and text message (if a mobile phone number has been provided).

The buyer has a period of 1 day after the date of delivery to contest the absence of a product in the order or of a product different from the order. This complaint must be made by e-mail to contact@mondialextincteur.fr or by post with acknowledgement of receipt to our postal address. Beyond the date of contestation, www.mondialextincteur.fr will accept no liability.

 

DELIVERY PROBLEM

In the event of a delivery problem due to a lack of the buyerif the delivery address is incorrect, or if an error is made in the delivery address given when the order is placed, the cost of representation will be borne in full by the buyer .

An estimate will be provided and must be paid imperatively in order to schedule any new presentation of the goods.

The costs of representation will be invoiced as many times as necessary for each new presentation resulting in a failed delivery, due to the buyer's absence at the delivery address provided. 

In order to open a claim, the consignee must make clear and precise reservations on the transport document, in the presence of the driver. Without a reservation clearly mentioned on the receipt, we will not be able to respond favourably to a claim for breakage. 

 

 

Placing an order

To buy on www.mondialextincteur.frhere are the steps that must be followed:

• Select your products: they will appear in your " basket ".
• Provide the information requested by www.mondialextincteur.fr (surname, first name, e-mail address, etc.)

Legal right of withdrawal

Purchasers have a statutory cooling-off period of a maximum of 14 days from the day after delivery of their order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day (corresponding to all days of the week, with the exception of the weekly rest day (usually Sunday) and public holidays not usually worked in the company).

You must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of sending your cancellation notice.

You must pay the following amounts:

• Direct return costs to be organised by you 
• Additional costs for the delivery of goods if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the one offered by the seller. For example, if you choose express delivery within 24 hours when the seller offered a less expensive delivery method, you will pay the difference in cost between these 2 types of delivery.

If part of the order is returned, the seller must reimburse the delivery costs in proportion to the number of items returned.

Requests for withdrawal must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to : www.mondialextincteur.fr ZI LA VALLIERE - BÂTIMENT 14 - 06730 Saint André de la roche - In this case, the buyer return the order in its original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by any accessories and any documents included with the products, instructions for use and documentation. Packages returned by cash on delivery will be systematically refused. Promotional products delivered free of charge with orders must also be returned. Otherwise, they will be deducted from the customer's refund to the value of their value. Under no circumstances will www.mondialextincteur.fr is not responsible for the loss or deterioration of parcels returned for exchange. Refunds are due within a maximum of 14 days. The material will be analysed. In the event that Mondial Extincteur accepts no responsibility, the products will be made available to the purchaser, who will be able to collect them on site, or by sending us a stamped delivery note (Colissimo for example). Mondial Extincteur will package and leave the parcel at the appropriate location for the return.
If the product is in fact defective, SARL Mondial Extincteur will take out a warranty on the equipment and will reship new equipment. The costs incurred by the customer for the return of the product will then be reimbursed to the customer on presentation of the invoice.

Late payments : 

Penalty rate for late payment: The amount to be paid will be increased by 10 points (for one year) In the event of late payment, a fixed statutory indemnity for collection costs: €40.00

 

Electronic security

For payments made by credit card, www.mondialextincteur.fr the buyer will be connected to the secure SystemPay service of the Caisse d'Epargne, so the data will be encrypted and only the SystemPay server knows the number of the Internet user's bank card.

 

Guarantees

The guarantee period is 1 year for products sold online on our website www.mondialextincteur.frthe warranty will be mentioned in the online catalogue.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE GLOBAL FIRE EXTINGUISHER CLUB

Loyalty Programme Rules – Global Fire Extinguisher Club

1 – Purpose of the programme

Le Global Fire Extinguisher Club is a free loyalty programme offered by the company Mondial Extincteur, designed to reward customer loyalty when purchasing products and services related to fire safety.

2 – Eligibility and membership

The programme is open to all customers of Global Fire Extinguisher, including:

·         Individuals,

·         Professionals,

·         Local authorities,

·         Administrations,

·         Establishments and public bodies,

·         Associations and similar organisations.

Membership is automatic upon account creation or purchase completion, with no additional steps required.

3 – Conditions for awarding loyalty points

·         Loyalty points are awarded for any order of a minimum amount of £100 (excl. VAT).

·         No points are awarded for orders under £100 (excl. VAT).

·         From this threshold, the customer accumulates 30 Loyalty points are awarded for every complete €100 HT spent.

·         The calculation is based on the pre-tax amount, excluding shipping fees, additional charges, and discounts.

·         Points are credited after order validation and final payment.

·         In case of cancellation, refund, or credit note, the corresponding points are automatically cancelled.

4 – Check loyalty points

Your loyalty points balance is available at any time in your customer account.
Points have no monetary value, do not constitute a contractual discount, and cannot be refunded.

5 – Using your points

·         Points can only be used in the Club Mondial Extincteur gift shop.

·         They allow access to:

o   free or promotional products,

o   exclusive benefits or items,

o   prevention and safety equipment or materials.

·         Points are personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6 – Validity period

Loyalty points are valid 1 for one year from the date of award.
After this period, unused points are permanently lost, with no possibility of reactivation.

7 – Specific provisions for public administrations, local authorities, and public bodies

The Club Mondial Extincteur gift catalogue is accessible to public administrations, local authorities, and similar organisations, subject to compliance with their applicable rules.

In accordance with the principles ofintegrity, transparency, and sound public finance management, it is reminded that:

·         Gifts and benefits obtained through the programme must be exclusively assigned for the benefit of the service ;

·         They must not in any way be used for private or personal purposes ;

·         In case of doubt about the use or allocation of a gift, prior internal validation is recommended.

By choosing a gift, the public body certifies that it is acting exclusively in the interest of its service and under its own responsibility.

Club Mondial Extincteur cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with internal or regulatory rules specific to each public body.

8 – Modification or suspension of the programme

Club Mondial Extincteur reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme at any time, without compensation, provided that customers are informed in advance by appropriate means.

9 – Fraud and abusive use

Any fraud, attempt to bypass, or abusive use of the programme will result in:

·         The removal of the affected points,

·         Immediate exclusion from Club Mondial Extincteur,

·         And, where applicable, legal action.

10 – Personal data

Data collected under the programme is processed in accordance with the GDPRonly for managing the Global Fire Extinguisher Club and customer relations.

11 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the Global Fire Extinguisher Club implies full and unconditional acceptance of this set of rules.
