Delivery information and rates

www.mondialextincteur.fr offers a range of products reserved exclusively for buyers located in metropolitan France, overseas territories and Europe. Each order is prepared on our premises and is picked up by our carrier on our premises. Upon delivery of the products ordered, the buyer must check that the package is in good condition and that it is undamaged. If this is the case, the buyer must inform the delivery person and either make a reservation on the delivery note, or refuse the parcel. The buyer will then receive an identical parcel as soon as possible at no extra cost.

If delivery is accepted by the buyer without having issued a reservation to the carrier, in any way www.mondialextincteur.fr will not be able to take in charge the sending of the same parcel if there is a dispute on the good state of the product, without applying additional expenses.

The following items must be supplied to validate any claim:

2/Photograph of visible damage 

Without these two elements no complaint will be accepted, and no action will be taken by MONDIAL EXTINCTEUR .

If all of the elements mentioned in 1/ and 2/ are not provided within 14 days from the date of the claim, the case will be closed and no further action will be taken.

In the event of concealed damage (carton intact on the outside, product damaged inside the carton, negative pressure gauge) or conventional damage (outer package damaged and carrier's tape present): All claims must be made by the purchaser within 48 hours of the package delivery date, to the following e-mail address: contact@mondialextincteur.fr
Once this deadline has passed, the claim cannot be taken into account, and no refund or exchange can be made.

The following items must be supplied to validate any claim:

Each parcel taken in charge in our warehouse and by our carrier is no longer our responsibility but that of the carrier, i.e. in the event of delay or disappearance of the parcel, it is the responsibility of the carrier which will be engaged. www.mondialextincteur.fr will then be reimbursed by the carrier and will be able to reship the identical parcel to the buyer.

Delivery charges are applied according to the delivery destination and the weight of the order.

Any delivery to a worksite will be subject to an additional delivery charge of 100 euros excluding VAT. 

All orders placed before 2 p.m. will be dispatched the same day, except for out-of-stock or unavailable items.

The delivery time varies according to your destination and the weight of your order. The shortest delivery time is 24 hours, unless you order a particular product that we cannot stock, in which case delivery will take longer. In the event of an unforeseen stock shortage, you will be delivered within 24 hours as soon as we are able to restock your order. You will then be notified by e-mail. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We do not commit ourselves to precise delivery dates, and no claims can be made for orders shipped by pallet. No recourse will be possible in the event of extended delivery times for quantities requiring shipment by pallet.

any special order requiring special manufacturing cannot be the object of complaint for too long delivery times. Indeed, Mondial extincteur does not control the manufacturing times of its suppliers, and will not be held responsible in the event of delivery times lengthened by special manufacturing. (Special manufacturing includes material little requested and often ordered in quantity).

If the buyer in the event of a second absence, the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest parcel centre, the buyer will be notified by e-mail, post and SMS (if a cell phone number has been provided).

The buyer has a period of 1 day after the date of delivery to dispute the absence of a product in the order or a product different from the order. This claim should be made by mail to contact@mondialextincteur.fr or by mail with acknowledgment of receipt to our postal address. Beyond the date of dispute, www.mondialextincteur.fr will not be held liable.

 

DELIVERY PROBLEM

In the event of a delivery problem due to a lack of the buyeror following an error on the delivery address noted at the time of the order, the expenses of representation will be completely with the load of the buyer .

An estimate will be provided and must be paid imperatively, in order to program any new presentation of the goods.

The costs of representation will be invoiced as many times as necessary for each new presentation resulting in a failed delivery, due to the absence of the buyer at the delivery address provided. 

In order to open a claim, the consignee must make clear and precise reservations on the transport document, in the presence of the driver. Without a reservation clearly mentioned on the receipt, we will not be able to respond favorably to a claim for breakage. 

 

 

Ordering

To buy on www.mondialextincteur.frthe following steps must be followed:

Legal right of withdrawal

Purchasers benefit from a legal cooling-off period of 14 days maximum from the day after delivery of their order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first working day (corresponding to all days of the week, with the exception of the weekly rest day (usually Sunday) and public holidays not usually worked in the company) following.

You must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of sending your cancellation notice.

You must pay the following amounts:

• Direct return costs to be organized by you 
• Additional costs for delivery of goods if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the one offered by the seller. For example, if you choose express 24-hour delivery when the seller offered a less expensive delivery method, you will pay the difference in cost between these 2 types of delivery.

The request for withdrawal must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to : www.mondialextincteur.fr ZI LA VALLIERE - BÂTIMENT 14 - 06730 Saint André de la roche. In this case, the buyer return the order in its original packaging, undamaged, at its own expense, accompanied by any accessories and documents included with the products, instructions and documentation. Packages returned by cash on delivery will be systematically refused. Promotional products delivered free of charge with orders must also be returned. Otherwise, they will be deducted from the customer's refund to the amount of their value. Under no circumstances will www.mondialextincteur.fr is not responsible for the loss or deterioration of packages returned for exchange. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 days. • An equivalent model.
• Refund of purchase (excluding shipping costs).
• Establishing a credit note.

The material will be analyzed. In the event that Mondial Extincteur accepts no responsibility, the products will be made available to the purchaser, who will be able to collect them on site, or by sending us a stamped delivery note (Colissimo for example). Mondial Extincteur will package and deposit the parcel at the appropriate location for the return.
If the product is indeed defective, SARL Mondial Extincteur will take out a warranty on the equipment and will reship new equipment. The costs incurred by the customer for the return of the product will then be reimbursed to the customer upon presentation of the invoice.

Late payments : 

Penalty rate for late payment: The amount to be paid will be increased by 10 points (for one year) In the event of late payment, the legal fixed indemnity for collection costs is €40.00

Warranties

Loyalty Program Rules - Club Mondial Extincteur

1 - Purpose of the program

Visit Club Mondial Extincteur is a free loyalty program offered by the company Mondial Extincteurdesigned to reward customer loyalty when purchasing fire safety products and services.

2 - Beneficiaries and membership

The program is open to all Mondial Extincteur customers, including :

·         Individuals,

·         Professionals,

·         Local authorities,

·         Administrations,

·         Public institutions and organizations,

·         Associations and similar bodies.

Membership is automatic as soon as you create a customer account or make a purchase, without any specific steps.

3 - Conditions for awarding loyalty points

·         Loyalty points are only awarded for orders of minimum amount of €100 excl.

·         No points are awarded for orders under €100 excluding VAT.

·         Above this threshold, the customer accumulates 30 loyalty points for each full €100 (excl. VAT) purchase.

·         The calculation is made on the amount excluding taxes, delivery charges, ancillary costs and discounts.

·         Points are credited after validation and final payment of the order.

·         In the event of cancellation, credit note or refund, the corresponding points are automatically cancelled.

4 - Consulting points

The loyalty points balance can be consulted at any time from the customer area.
The points have no monetary valuethese do not constitute a contractual discount and cannot be reimbursed.

5 - Using points

·         Points can be used exclusively in the club Mondial Extincteur gift store.

·         They provide access to :

o   free or promotional products,

o   advantages or exclusive items,

o   prevention and safety equipment.

·         Points are personal, non-assignable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

6 - Period of validity

Loyalty points are valid 1 year from their grant date.
At the end of this period, unused points are lost foreverwith no possibility of reactivation.

7 - Provisions specific to government agencies, local authorities and public bodies

The Club Mondial Extincteur gift catalog is available to public administrations, local authorities and similar bodiessubject to compliance with the rules applicable to them.

In line withintegrity, transparency and sound management of public fundsthe following is a reminder:

·         Gifts and benefits obtained through the program must be granted exclusively in the interest of the service ;

·         They may under no circumstances be used for private or personal purposes ;

·         If there is any doubt about the use or allocation of a gift, a prior internal approval is recommended.

By choosing a gift, the public body certifies that it is acting in the exclusive interest of his department and under its own responsibility.

Mondial Extincteur cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with internal or regulatory rules specific to each public body.

8 - Program modification or suspension

Mondial Extincteur reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the loyalty program at any time, without compensation, subject to prior notification of customers by any appropriate means.

9 - Fraud and misuse

Any fraud, attempt to circumvent or misuse of the program will result in :

·         Deletion of the points concerned,

·         Immediate exclusion from the Club Mondial Extincteur,

·         And, if need be, prosecution.

10 - Personal data

The data collected within the framework of the program are processed in accordance with the RGPDmondial Extincteur Club management and customer relations.

11 - Acceptance of regulations

Participation in the Club Mondial Extincteur implies full acceptance of these rules.
