You can recharge a fire extinguisher with the 5-liter buffer reserve, which will re-trigger once the low reserve threshold has been reached.
For the first extinguisher, it takes less than 3 minutes, and after that it depends on how quickly the extinguishers are disconnected and reconnected. The compressor will continue to run to inflate its reserve, stopping once the reserve is full.
