Legal lump-sum compensation for late payment

A flat-rate indemnity of €40 is payable to the creditor for collection costs, on the occasion of any delay from payment... The indemnity is payable in full even in the case of payment of the invoice at maturity, regardless of the duration of the delay (it is not due for each day of delay).
