EN14604 smoke detector with insurance certificate

French law no. 2010-238 of March 9, 2010 and decree no. 2011-36 of January 10, 2011 make it compulsory to install smoke detectors in all residential premises. 

This self-contained smoke detector complies with the EN 14604 standard required by the Morange law, and comes with an insurance-approved manufacturer's certificate for presentation to your insurer.
