Smoke control units for residential buildings

Smoke extraction control unit to control smoke extraction from the corridors of two independent buildings, if they share a dressing room.

If the installation includes a turret interface box and a non-stop elevator box, the maximum number of floors is reduced to 14. Up to 5 turret interfaces and 4 non-stop elevator interfaces can be connected.

At each level, a floor box manages various devices (smoke control damper position, DAS, DM, detectors, etc.) and transmits information to the control unit via a communication cable, also known as " a BUS line ".

In the event of a communication fault between the floor units or with the control panel, each floor unit will operate independently. This operation, also known as " downgraded mode ", guarantees minimum operation when absolutely necessary. The interlocking principle cannot be maintained when the units are no longer communicating with each other.
